Tim Shaw

Youth Pastor aka Manager of the Bat Cave

Tim Shaw is our Youth Pastor and anyone with teens knows that, that takes someone with a brave heart, a thick skin and jedi-like reflexes.

Tim was born in Lions gate hospital and grew up right here in North Vancouver and in Valley Church.

Tim graduated from Argyle secondary and in thereafter started studying online while working as a counselor at Camp Stillwood. Tim also visited his aunt who is a missionary in Thailand for two months. In 2009 Tim was asked to be our Youth Pastor.

People with a strong passion for their beliefs especially if they coincide with mine

Mung Beans and rice...Just kidding... A nice tender steak that bleeds a little when you cut it aka. Medium Rare steak

What do you not like to eat?
Tomato's, dirt, knuckle sandwiches, ginger, pride.

Legacy of the Drow series by R. A. Salvatore

What is your favourite junk/snack food?
Chocolate

What is your favourite outdoor activity?
Not Sure... snowboarding, sailing, camping, hiking, tubing

What is your best thing to do on your day off?
Relax with friends, depends on the season, snowboard go to the beach or a lake.
